We are seeking a full-time receptionist/administration assistant to support and assist our team.

Located in Gympie, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years administration experience in a reception role and will need to be resourceful, intuitive, articulate and well presented. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a flexible and positive attitude.

Duties of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Reception
  • Team support
  • Client liaison

  • High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
  • Advanced skills in MS Word/Excel and Outlook;

Administration Assistant – Gympie Office

We are seeking a full-time administration assistant to support and assist our team.

Located in Gympie, the successful candidate will have a minimum of three years administration experience in an office environment. Demonstrated skills in the processing of accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures would be advantageous. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a flexible and positive attitude and will need to be resourceful, intuitive, articulate and well presented.

This role will provide a high level of administrative support to our team of accountants and our clients.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
  • Advanced skills in MS Word/Excel and Outlook;
  • A friendly personality and the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships;
