Lynne’s dedication to providing clients with a compliance service that is second-to-none shines through in her consistently thorough and efficient approach. For 20 years Marg has been building on her extensive accounting experience, the majority of those with Charter Partners. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and as a very experienced and hands on accountant who is an absolute font of knowledge, has forged her role as Senior Accountant and Client Manager with the firm. The high level work she carries out and results she achieves make it easy to see why her clients wouldn’t choose anyone else, and also why she is such a well-respected member of the team.
Linda graduated from the University of Southern Queensland in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business. She has 20 years accounting experience, which makes her well placed to understand clients’ requirements. Linda enjoys the personal interaction with clients and strives to provide them with reliable, quality service and foster enduring and productive relationships. The team at Charter Partners also enjoys Linda’s occasional joke and ‘quirky’ sense of humour.

Cynthia brings a wealth of skills to Charter Partners, having gained over more than 15 years in professional practice working across a diverse range of industries. Her particular expertise in the preparation of financial accounts, taxation and business succession planning allows her to work closely with clients. Cynthia is a valued Client Services Manager who maintains positive, long-term client relationships by ensuring a consistently high level of service. When she’s not tending to clients’ needs, Cynthia successfully juggles life as a primary producer in the South Burnett with her husband and two children where they enjoy the rural life style plus beach camping and fishing.
Originally from Gayndah, Jo studied a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) at Bundaberg CQU and completed the CPA program in 2004. Jo worked for the firm several years ago and has returned to Charter Partners with a focus on Self Managed Superannuation Fund work. Jo lives on a small acreage east of Gympie with her husband and three kids where they all enjoy the outdoors – camping, horse riding and going to the beach.
Chloe has completed a Bachelor of Business at University of Sunshine Coast, majoring in Accounting and minoring in marketing. Chloe has been apart of the Charter Partners team since 2011 and she is also currently studying for her CPA qualifications at university part-time. Chloe attends to Charter Partners’ general taxation work, superannuation funds, Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Banklink services.
Chloe is particular and strives for perfection and she flourishes in the Charter Partners team environment. She enjoys continual learning and in her spare time reads books, and enjoys aqua landscaping, aquariums and spending time with family and friends.
Diploma – Accounting
Tania has been part of the Charter Partners accounting team since 2007, during which time she completed her Bachelor of Accounting through the University of South Australia. Tania takes pride in her customer service skills and enjoys helping her clients by identifying issues, saving them money, adding value and actually having an impact on their bottom line. Tania is currently furthering her knowledge and education by studying for her Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) accreditation as well. In her spare time, Tania loves to sit down with a good book, or go bush walking with the family.
Jaydon Bellingan joined the Charter Partners accounting team in 2015. Jaydon completed his degree at the University of Fort Hare and acquired his professional certification with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants before moving to Australian in 2013. He has since updated his credentials with Australian Legislation at the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia. Jaydon specialises in general taxation job and Business Activity Statements (BAS) and enjoys analysing clients’ data and determining the best possible tax outcome. In addition to this, Jaydon enjoys finding ways to improve his clients’ profitability and assists them in growing their own business. An avid golf fan, Jaydon enjoys spending his weekends hitting a few balls on the course and also watching rugby with his family.
Charvel Learoyd joined the Charter Partners team in 2015. Before joining us, Charvel had acquired 5 years experience in the industry and completed her Diploma of Business Administration at the University of Southern QLD in 2014. Charvel thrives when faced with a challenge and enjoys the diversity of her position. To further her skills and qualifications, she is currently undertaking a bookkeeping course through the Tax Practitioner’s Board. In her spare time, Charvel enjoys anything music related. Whether that is listening to music, playing music or attending concerts with her friends and family.
Brad, who completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at the University of Southern Queensland in 1997, joined the Charter Partners’ Gympie branch in 2016. Brad brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm with 14 years experience as a financial controller, 1 1/2 years of which in professional practice. His keen eye for detail and organisational skills make him the perfect candidate for analysing financial data and development forecast. When he is not crunching numbers or spending time with his family, Brad can be found on a golf course or in front of a computer where he indulges in another hobby; software programming.
As a Senior Team Administrator, Jan-Maree wears many hats. Part of her role is to assist our clients in meeting all their ATO obligations and lodgement deadlines. Jan-Maree liaises with the accounting team and clients to ensure their tax work is completed in a timely manner. Having worked in the banking industry for 23 years and then other local businesses, Jan-Maree is a ‘stickler’ for quality, detail and a job well-done. Jan-Maree and her husband Jack enjoy taking the caravan out as often as possible, whether it’s heading bush or going to a nearby caravan park. Jan-Maree and Jack have 3 boys between them and love having them around home for family dinner nights.
Charlotte was born and raised in France, and brings her friendly smile, experience and versatile skills to support the accounting and administrative teams at the Gympie office for the past 4 years. Charlotte developed her customer service skills to a professional level during her employment as a medical receptionist and in the hospitality industry. With a keen eye for detail and an approachable nature, Charlotte has become a valued team member who can be relied upon. In her spare time, Charlotte who is an avid CrossFitter likes to get outdoors on her acreage in Amamoor, hike the region with her partner and two dogs, garden and read.
Nezz is an Administration Officer in the Corporate Secretarial division of Charter Partners. She has been with Charter Partners since early 2014 and in that time has flourished in her role. Nezz manages corporate compliance for clients’ entities, and attends to establishments of new companies, trusts and super funds. Nezz is a very organised and thorough administration officer who is motivated and can adapt easily. In her personal time, Nezz enjoys going camping with her partner and dog, as well as socialising with friends and family, and riding her motorbike.
Lavina is a keen Administration Officer, having worked in administrative roles for seven years before joining the team at Charter Partners. With significant experience in marketing and advertising, Lavina has the extra responsibility of marketing coordination and manages the online presence for Charter Partners. Lavina is highly particular and has strong organisational skills, making her a valuable asset to the team when it comes to administration support. In her spare time, Lavina loves to go bush walking, camping, and spending time with her family.
Brooke completed her Year 12 High School Certificate at James Nash High School in 2015. During her last year of high school, Brooke also completed a number of qualifications to add to her skills before entering the work force full time.
Brooke loves the fact that since starting at Charter Partners, she has met many new people and is learning and gaining experience every single day. In her spare time she enjoys camping, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
