BBus (Acct) | GradCertFinPlan | CPA Working in public practice since 1996, Penny is proud to provide high quality service and achieve the best outcomes for each of her clients.  Always keen to develop her skills, Penny is adding to her existing broad experience and knowledge of taxation by developing her knowledge of Self Managed Superannuation Funds by currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Self Managed Superannuation Funds.  Away from the office, Penny enjoys photography, gardening, sewing and volunteers for an environmental conservation research project.

B. Bus (Acc) Judy obtained a degree in accounting from CQU in 2002 and has been employed in the industry since 2000. She specialises in taxation work and enjoys working with her clients to understand their business to achieve the best possible tax result.  Judy was brought up on a cattle property and now operates a successful building business with her husband, Allan.  She is a passionate Queenslander and enjoys golf, reading and rugby league.

BFinPlan/BAcct Mandy says numbers are in her blood, which could explain why accounting and bookkeeping has been her preferred career since 1986.  Mandy has completed a Bachelor of Financial Planning/Bachelor of Accounting dual degree.  It’s little wonder the logical nature of it appeals so strongly to such a methodical and organised individual, and there’s nothing Mandy likes better than doing data entry and compiling financial reports.  Nothing, that is, apart from a good workout at the gym and plenty of Bundaberg sunshine.

Penni has been involved in the accounting industry since 1994 then in 2000 when GST was introduced she began working  for a local bookkeeping business which was  largely focused on proving MYOB Consulting and bookkeeping to numerous industries in the Wide Bay Region. From these years of experience she brings with her extensive knowledge in the MYOB Suite of products, GST and BAS. Her role with Charter Partners is to provide an internal bookkeeping service where she prides herself in her ability to work closely with both her clients and alongside our Accountants, making her an invaluable member of the Charter Partners Team. Outside of work Penni runs a small online business specialising in custom made children’s clothing, clothing children all over Australia and at times overseas. When she is not sewing she is enjoying time with her husband, son, family and friends.

B.Bus (Acc) | FCPA, JP Qualified Craig Proctor has a wealth of knowledge and experience in accounting with 29 years in the industry, 18 of those operating his own practice.  Craig has been part of the Charter Partners team since 2013, has strong technical knowledge and provides his clients easy-to-understand advice.  He is a valuable asset to the Charter Partners team with his mentoring of new accountants and prides himself on providing quality of service. In his spare time, Craig enjoys travelling, particularly overseas, but when he’s not travelling, he’s maintaining his 7 acre property.

B.Acct Annika completed her Bachelor of Accounting degree at CQU Bundaberg in 2009 and currently works 4 days a week in our Bundaberg office.  Her extensive knowledge of accounting and taxation services allows her to assist clients and attend to their general taxation needs, complete Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) on their behalf and provide ongoing support and advice. Annika has a particular interest in software programs Xero, Quickbooks and Reckon and can provide a broad range of advice and assistance to help with the successful running of your business.

Annika was raised in Bundaberg in a business environment which has given her a full understanding of challenges faced whilst operating a business.  Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors and holidaying with her Husband, daughter and family. Her choice of sport is netball and she is the Treasurer of a local netball club from its inception in 2011. She is a passionate supporter of the Melbourne Storm and the Queensland State of Origin team.

Tanya is a loyal employee since 2000 enjoying a variety of administrative roles within the firm. She always strives to give the best quality of service to clients. Tanya is a valued team member who contributes to the smooth running of the practice. Tanya has 3 children and enjoys camping trips with the family.  She is also an avid rugby league fan and a supporter of the Brisbane Broncos and Queensland State of Origin teams.

Mel is one of our Administration Officers in the Bundaberg office and has become a vital part of the Charter Partners team since 2013.   Mel strives to give clients the best service possible with her welcoming nature and efficient service. Outside of work, Mel makes the most of her time with her family and her partner, Trent, as well as going to the gym and catching up with friends.

B.Acct Amrita started her first job in the accounting industry with us in 2017 and is thriving in our busy environment. Amrita completed her Bachelor of Accounting at the Central Queensland University. Amrita and her family moved to Bundaberg in 2013. After growing up in Fiji, the similar laid back atmosphere of Bundaberg was easy to adapt to. Amrita is learning the ropes of accounting with the Charter Partners’ Bundaberg team, also lending a helpful hand with administration work when required. Amrita enjoys working with a variety of different clients and strives to achieve the best possible tax outcome for her clients. In her spare time, Amrita enjoys spending time with her family and friends, discovering new desserts to satisfy her sweet tooth and enjoying a good movie.
