Diploma – Business Management An eye for detail, a diverse knowledge base plus 30 years experience in the accounting profession (19 of these years at Charter Partners) have made Lynne a formidable asset to the Charter Partners team. Lynne and her dedicated team resource the internal functions of the firm including IT, HR, Corporate Secretarial, and liaising with external partners to ensure that staff have access to the infrastructure and information to allow them to work efficiently and provide our clients with an excellent service. Lynne and her family enjoy the rural lifestyle of their acreage at Cedar Pocket.
Bachelor of Business (Acc) Brad, who completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at the University of Southern Queensland in 1997, joined the Charter Partners’ Gympie branch in 2016. Brad brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm with 14 years experience as a financial controller, 3 years of which in professional practice. His keen eye for detail and organisational skills make him the perfect candidate for analysing financial data and forecasts. When he is not crunching numbers, or enjoying time with his family, Brad strives to plant trees and play better golf.
Cert IV – Business Administration As a member of the Corporate Services Team, Jan-Maree wears many hats. Her roles includes assisting staff with any IT and database issues they encounter, being a “champion” for the firms software program and working on projects for the firm. As a senior administrator for 9 years with the Gympie Team, Jan-Maree has gained a wealth of knowledge and assists in training and troubleshooting for the administration staff in all offices.
Whenever possible, Jan-Maree and her husband Jack enjoy taking the caravan out, whether it’s heading bush or going to a nearby caravan park.
Advanced Diploma – Hospitality Management
Certificate IV – Training & Assessment Lindi was born and raised in South Africa and spent eleven years in administration and management before making the ‘big move’ to Australia with her fiancé. Lindi completed her advanced diploma qualification at the International Hotel School in South Africa in 2006. With twelve years of customer service, administration and management experience under her belt, Lindi is a valuable asset to the Charter Partners corporate services team.

Lindi says the best part about her job is having the ability to liaise with clients and meet interesting new people from our Australian culture. In her spare time, she loves to explore this great Land that we live in, visiting our beautiful beaches and jet skiing with her husband and friends.
Chelcee first joined the Charter Partners team back in 2013 as a Junior Administrator and after leaving for a few months at the end of 2017 to try something different, Chelcee re-joined the Charter Partners team in mid-2018 as a Corporate Services Support Officer. In this role she attends to Corporate Secretarial matters such as Company maintenance, ASIC lodgements, new Company, Super Fund and Trust establishments, Business Name registrations, ABN and TFN applications and various registrations with the ATO. Being fast and efficient in her work, Chelcee is an invaluable member of the Corporate Services Team. In her spare time Chelcee enjoys travelling, going to the beach, spending time with her family, friends and her Golden Retriever Marlie.
